I lost my dad last October and since the time October has arrived again, I am having constant anxiety and panic episodes. My hands get ice cold, chest feels heavy, the heartbeat starts racing and feel breathless. Is it all because of the trauma and anxiety? Please elaborate.

Is gastritis anywhere related to anxiety, or depression??i constantly feel bloated and am having some stress related to my back pain.

Can  I take evion 400 for 50 days for or my insomnia has prescribed by my psychiatrist ??? Will it cause any harm ???

I am desireless. I have no desire like other people. Is it a sign of depression? I am also suffering from ocd. I am on antidepressant sertraline 100 mg. But desire is not increasing.

I that I won't be happy in my entire life I have friends (from 1 yr)and family but I have never share anything about my life with anyone. ( For 7 years atleast) I have severe mood swings sometimes, gets angry easily or without reason while doing work I have passive life like I feel like I m just going but I do take decision of my life. For years I have went to sucidal thought, attempts also, running away thoughts. (Just from years I not going through it) but I feel many emotions at a same life If someone tries to enter in my life I become defensive in words Sometimes I do something when I m angry it only hurts me I feel like I want someone I my life so desperately from last 6 month someone who can do anything for me and go to any limits for me Now if I see back in past life I feel like I never happy in life or lived my life even once I have been addicted to kdrama for more than 3 year, if not them I read novels from a year

I was given escitalopram20 first for depression and it made me 80% alright. I was jot improving 100% even after months then doc gave flutee60 which made no difference and gave severe acidity. He has given me paroxatine now which is alo not helping. How many ssri needs to be tried before switching to other class of medicine coz I'm suffering. Does the same class meds have different effect???plz explain
