I am taking veniz xr 150 mg and clonzapam 1mg and quietipine 25mg at night but feeling angry during the day

My brother suffering from OCD thougts and anxiety.           During three months doctor advised some medicines in government hospital Kakinada. The medicine names are, fluty 20, and olanzapmine. 1 ) The medication is enough to treat him ( or) CBT therapy is compulsory or not ??? Please give me correct suggestions
