I m unable to sleep properly...lack of sleep ..what to do...how to cure this...I need help...please help

I was suffering from anxiety and depression from which i think i have recovered but i think after recovering i am not able to connect with my self. I am facing anxieties against situations of suffocation and closeness, or packed places. I feel to be highly claustrophobic.
