I have negative thoughts on each things n person , when I see anything , negative thoughts comes in mind that whether I would do any bad things and I try to control my mind , I hv no intention to do anything bad but why it comes to mind and upon controlling I get depression , is it ocd symptom, if any psychiatry can help me, thanks you.

May be Negative thoughtâs are reason behind your depression, lack of motivation , failure but you are the big reason because you gave a power to negative thoughts to control you . In another way we can say negative thought asâ fear of failureâ.
