Mental health issue
I have negative thoughts on each things n person , when I see anything , negative thoughts comes in mind that whether I would do any bad things and I try to control my mind , I hv no intention to do anything bad but why it comes to mind and upon controlling I get depression , is it ocd symptom, if any psychiatry can help me, thanks you.

May be Negative thought’s are reason behind your depression, lack of motivation , failure but you are the big reason because you gave a power to negative thoughts to control you . In another way we can say negative thought as’ fear of failure’. ‘You can’t stop negative thoughts from popping into your head , but you can choose to stop letting them control you and your life.’’-LORI DESCHENE. Positive people also have negative thoughts . They just don’t let those thoughts to control them . Some tips to control negative thoughts :— Focus on your STRENGTH’S. Do not expect positive changes in your life, if you are surrounded with negative people. Make surrounding positive , it helps best to overcome negativity. Stop thinking that you have negative thoughts , it make you believe that you are having negative thoughts . Use your negative thoughts to HEAL from bad situation, it works.
