Note: Keep in mind that this is not a treatment advice, anxiety and depression may cause serious health and related social problems, if your complaints keep for long time, please be aware that you should need to get a real appointment from professional health service givers. 1) Exercise: It is known that (depending on age and coexistent disease) 3–4 times a week, around 30–45 minutes of regular exercise is not only good for your overall health but also good for anxiety. Like all organs and systems in your body, your brain benefits high rate of blood flow during and exercise, so it is better to make exercises that leads more blood flow to up part of your body like working your upper extremities, shoulders, your back and pectoral muscles. You should keep in mind that during an exercise session your hear rate should be over a specific rate. It can be hard to evaluate and count you heart rate during exercise but if your breathing rate is high enough not to let you speak during exercise it is intense enough. To learn more about benefits of exercise, there is a wonderful Ted Speech i can advise: The brain-changing benefits of exercise. 2) Social Interactions: If possible have a title that you can have plenty of social interactions during your work routine. I can say in my work routine getting in touch with patients always makes me feel better. If not instead of staying alone at home, try to find or create social platforms. 3) Use Your Hands and Fingers: Your brain is not only a sensation absorb er and processor but also a movement (motor function) instructor. As you can see in the picture that your hands and fingers which makes the harder work of fine movements occupy a large portion of your brain (apart from fine movements of your mouth). So if you start any hobby that you use them intensively, your brain would be busy enough to run the fine motor movements and cant have the chance to rise your personal inner voice that makes your anxiety level higher. 4) Drink Water: As human beings, evolution-ally we tend to be angry when hungry which helps us with hunting. As we can’t survive more then a few days without water, we get anxious when dehydrated that helps us with going and searching for it. So next time you get anxious ask yourself when did i drink water last time? 5) Meditation: If you search for keywords “meditation anxiety” in National Library of Medicine scientific database, you see the picture that shows count of medical articles by years below. After the invention of FMRI (Fonctional MR) machine, its found that meditation helps a lot with patients suffering anxiety and becoming more and more popular search title every year. It is not easy to learn how to meditate, but if you read, learn and try hard you can succeed and get plenty of benefits from meditating for minutes everyday. And The Sleep: It is known that we humans sleep in 3 hours cycles. If you keep your sleep in track in days that you wake up by yourself, you will notice it. You will sleep for 3 hours, 6 hours of 9 hours, if very tired 12 hours but not between them. My personal experience is i wake up very clean if i sleep for 3x hours + 30 minutes; 3 and half hours, six and half hours or 9 and half hours. Probably because it takes 30 minutes to get in the sleep cycle for me. It changed my mornings so i strongly recommend it. Hope this article would be helpfull for you. Thank you for reading.

You should approach a registered psychiatrist/psychologist to consult with your problems in detail. There will be issues specific to you which you will be able to discuss in detail better on an individual, one - to - one basis.
