Back head pain rightside
Hello from 2-3 months, I am having pain at back of head on right side mostly at one particular spot but sometimes towards entire right side back of head, around temple, neck, nose and right eye. It often worsens and then becomes mild on it's own. Got x ray for neck which doesnt have anything particular. Sometime back, also got a bit restless and had some breathing issues. Nothing on ecg, chest x-ray. Doctor said the headache is anxiety related and has given Prothiaden 25mg for a month. Does the diagnosis appear to be moving correctly? Also any home remedies for this condition

It is likely that these are symptoms of anxiety. But also it would make sense to rule out sinus issues.

It sounds like migraine or sinusitis. Prothiaden May decrease your anxiety but the headache will reoccur. Please see a ENT specialist if there is no sinusitis please revisit the psychiatrist and get treatment for migraine
Next Steps
See a ENT specialist
