Since past a month and half, facing sleep issues, i work night shifts, but since 45 days unable to sleep continuously for more then 4 hours, keeps waking up and when I wake up head spins...

After provide prescribed medicine now he is feeling well but asking for what kind of medicine giving to him and why he need much water after taking medicine ..

Hi, I'm a 17 year old male... I've been suffering from anxiety since lockdown... It is health anxiety, typically my heart beats harder and i feel every pulse in my chest, neck, head, fingers etc... I also feel some jerks in head... I know it is anxiety... I am trying to cope with it since last few weeks, I'm off of any meds(homeopathy)... I practice meditation too but it may not be showing promising results right now... My main concern is the pounding heart beat i get... It usually is faint in the morning and increases in the afternoon then again decreases till the night... But it happens all the time... I have done ecg and x-ray, it was fine, figured out it is anxiety... But how long is it going to take? This wastes a lot of my time as i am unable or unwilling to concentrate on anything due to this... My body is still shaking from those beats when i write this.. The thing that makes me sad the most is when i remember the time when i was completely fine... Please help. Thanks.

Can the chronic pain which happens in hands and legs or in the back portion be treated without medication if one is suffering from generalised anxiety disorder.

I'm taking venla225 for a month. I took desvenl100 before that for a month. I felt better with desvenla but not 100% alright. Doc gave venla and I'm not feeling good. It's better than desvenla as it's made from Venla. Why isn't it working then? Help me plz. What should I do?

There are many ssri and snri. My doc gave me 3 ssri without much improvement. Now He is giving 2nd snri. What is the need? Doc say that meds have same effect  in same grp, it's just the side effects which is different. Help plz

I am already taking Fluoxetine 90mg delayed release (max dose/day) and Mirtazapine 7.5 (lowest dose/day) Question: Can I add Clomipramine (lowest dose/day) to the above combination? I am looking for best results for MDD + OCD + SAD I am noticing that I am getting better and quicker response from TeCA/TCA than SSRI Is this combination safe and effective for long term use. I tried CBT but didn't work, so that is not an option? Thank you
