Breathlessness
I am antidepressant  and since 2 months I am not having any anxiety symptoms but yesterday. Suddenly breathlessness started when I consulted doctor he said this is because of anxiety but I a not having any anxiety symptoms. Is it possible that person don't have anxiety symptoms but breathlessness occur

Hi It must be anxiety attack in which breathlessness is one of the major symptoms.. kindly go for psychotherapy to avoid rehappening this ..

Hi sir In panic disorder(which also comes under anxiety spectrum disorder)...u experience panic attacks where u feel symptoms like breathlessness, chocking sensation,  palpitations, fear that u may die because of heart or lung issues r common. This attack lasts from few minutes to hours. These attacks occur with or without any reason. I feel u experienced a panic attack But detailed examination is important to rule out other whether its anxiety disorder or panic disorder or due to other causes

Definitely it is because of anxiety coz breathlessness is a symptom of Anxiety...It can be a symptom of panic disorder....

If it is breathlessness only ...and is continuous  or even episodic. It is better to consult a physician first. However if their is known history of anxiety episodes and earlier medical evaluation is within normal limits, then no need to worry.
