Feeling good thru out the day, but before gonna sleep at nyt, past thoughts haunt me and I feel depressed and worthless. 11Pm-1am gets horrible. Getting insomniac. How to manage those 2hrs of time?

Try not to take short naps during the day..maintain a regular sleep cycle (7-8 hours)..restrict your screen time and gadgets atleast an hour before going to bed..listen to relaxing music..think about good memories before going to bed..Try these and if you feel the same please consult a Counselor via Practo.Take Care .
