Kidney Problems

I have been having slight irritation like burning after passing urine. I had a course of antibiotics but it came back. Got USG and urine analysis done. Attached is the reports. I sometimes feel bladder pain aswell. When I drink citralika I feel fine. When I stop I feel like this

I am 38years old...I m suffering from piles from few years...I use pilex tablet..nowdays...I am not having constipation...or there is no blood while passing bowel...but too much pain is there inside anus...pain is continueing for hours...plz suggest suitable medicine...

My dad 50 year old non diabetic and doesn't have hypertension . Yesterday in urine test microalbumin/creatinine ratio is 69mg/g. 10 days ago he had taken 1 tablet/day of ultracet for 3 days as he had severe knee pain due to osteoarthritis. He also had taken rabeprazol for 1 week for his GERD. Can those medicines affect the results of ACR ratio ? I have attached the report below. We also got a ultrasound scan done but scan report is normal. Can this condition be reversed ? Please help.

Hi doctor, My 2.5 month old baby have significant ecoli growth greater than 100000cfu/ml. Sometime He is having white pulp from his genital area also.is it any dangerous? Please tell me as i am very tensed.how this happening for small babies.what hygiene we care to not coming this again for him.
