Prostate is normal in size and shows homogenous echotexture. No evidence of solid nodule in parenchyma noted. No evidence of parenchymal calcification seen It measures 40 x 31 x 23 mm (16 gms). A well defined clear fluid filled cystic lesion of 7 × 4 mm size is seen at level of verumontanum - ? cyst / utricle. Both sided seminal vesicles appear significantly dilated in caliber, measuring 24-25 mm and show internal dense mobile echoes. Both seminal vesicles show tapering end at level of verumontanum, just proximal to abovementioned cystic lesion. Findings suggest possibility of bilateral seminal vesicle obstruction Both sided ejaculatory ducts appear normal in caliber, however it shows internal dense static echoes. Sir it can be treated with antibiotics plz suggest or need surgery

Hello there, I think I have UTI but there is no bacteria found in my culture test. I have attached my test reports Urine routine was done on 24th of Jan And culture has been done March 10 I feel burning sensation at the tip of the genital also i have vericocele but my doctor's said use support and wait for 3 months as it is mild. Can vericocele be somehow cause of my genital pain and burning I have grade 2 vericocele on left side and grade 1 on right. Also, I know this should not be asked but should i prefer homeopathy for a change. I sometimes feel alopathic meds are too strong and produce too much heat in body.

I'm suffering kidney stone 5mm in vuj. Am already took 2 ct scan within 6 months. So my doctor suggested blood tests creatinine and urea reports are normal. Urology doctor told to me kidney functions are normal. I'm asking second opinion through procto, which is based on my blood report. My question is urea and creatinine are normal which means no blockage in my kidney to ureter correct? Thank you

I noticed blood drops after uritinating a few weeks back on which I consulted an urologist. I was suggested urine lab test and ultrasound sound the results to which came normal. Today, again I noticed blood stains after urination. What might be the reason and whom should I consult?
