Kidney Problems

I've been having low-dose uti medications since a few months now, but the problem hasn't gone completely. I'm taking niftran. Whenever i skip it for a day or two my urethra gets irritated and I also have some urine dribbling. But my culture reports are clear Can you pls help me with the causes? Is it urethritis?

Last year, I was taking an Ayurveda medicine for weight gain purpose... It immediately increased my weight, face fat, redness .i took it for a month then leave it ..i was OK then I took on off twice or thrice in a month... But this time I got health issues, I immediately started to lose weight then gain... There is time lag of 15sec, 20 seconds everytime to start urinating. KUB, urethrogram, etc. tests are normal. Uroflowmetry test is worse. On taking Alfoo tab for 6 months there is no improvement in the flow and time lag. Dr. asked for urodynamics test, is this test necessary at this age. What is the problem I am suffering from???
