My father have 2.2cm kidney stone and multiple stone in right kidney and 2 cm stone in left kidney.is this dangerous

I jave CKD 4 stage with sle. Last dialysis happened in Oct 2021.. since then on medication only. Creatinine level 2.8, urea 60, hb 8.9... Rest reports are normal. Iam having frequent vomiting even after taking domstal 20mg, and headache.. potassium is normal. Couldn't eat food. Water intake is approx 1.5lit.. and urine output is also normal. To stop vomiting I had to take emset injection. And for headache paracip on regular basis. What else could be done to stop vomiting and headache. My weight is 45kg now which was 56 before dialysis.
