Hello, In 4-5 days I'm facing frequent urine problem, urine report shows uric acid crystals +, uric acid crystals cause frequent urination? or pre diabetic is the reason? Please check attached urine report.

My age is 24 and my prostate size is 19cc(acc to Usg) , my doctor has prescribed me prostagard D(sildosin 8mg+ dutasteride 0.5mg) OD . Is it safe for me to consume dutasteride 0.5mg OD because dutasteride 0.5mg is generally prescribed for prostate  patients where as my age is just 24 yrs and my prostate size is just 19cc .

I have phimosis. I already have taken a paid consultant on practo. The doctor suggested some excercise to do daily. I tried it for some days. But it show me any results. And also he suggested me not to do surgery. Should I wait for some more days repeating the same exercise or should I buy some phimosis rings which is available on internet? Please suggest me some treatment.
