Hello doctor I noticed for so many days my urine smell like ammonia sometimes it's foamy sometimes it's normal few days ago do a urine test everything's is ok what to do next please advise

Daughter was diagnosed of Mild UTI (pus cells-8-10). Was given cefixime. Took abdomen scan and culture test. Found resistance to cefixime in culture so changed to amoxicillin after 5 days of cefixime. She's done with amoxicillin 5 days with minimal dosage2.5 twice per day. Now Urine routine shows 6-8 pus cells. What action should be taken? Please advice. She rarely drinks water but intakes a lot of milk and orange juice at times.

My mother is going to turn 63 this year. She has this complaint if urine flow not being proper that stops several times while urinating and then again there is flow in small quantity then it stops again then flows a bit. Is this some serious illness or just some mild infection? Can it be treated with medicines or requires surgery? Please guide. 🙏🙏🙏

Dad Suffering from pain last 2 days. Took him to hospital and did pain management. Didn't find urologist availability past 2 days, today going to visit one at 5.45 pm.i have one doubt, In USG scan the size of obstructing stone is not mentioned. Can you pls help how to find it, need to take a screening ct? My wife mbbs doctor she also couldn't find the size of obstructing stone in report

Hi sir/madam I had done usg abdomen 5months back when I had mild pain in my ruq abdomen it showed mild hydronephrosis so doctor told will see later.Now I am having consistent mild pain and discomfort in my lower back and luq,ruq when I bend etc., And also leg muscle aches and very less urine output and my abdomen is quite big compared to previous day's . Pls suggest the solution
