I am 32 years old Female with a creatine 0.90 and trace protein in blood. My H1b is 4.5 and my fasting is 102... i was detected with some renal concretions a few months back. I generally have severe pain in my lower abdomen and back in every one- two months. It effects my urination also like frequent urination and cloudy too. Sometimes i have feelin of heaviness in my obdomen and after I pee it's less but feels like I need to pee again. I take urikind km sachet and I feel fine. But this is recurring. My urine test shows puss cells 2-3, epthelial cells 1-2 and no rbc cells and protein is trace. Pl suggest next steps, is it the renal concretions, UTI or some kidney damage. I smoke on weekly basis and don't have a very active lifestyle. My Height is 5.6 and weight is 67.5 and hb is 10.80.

My father, age 79, underwent TURP last year on May 30/ 5 days ago he complained of constipation and the day after he started going to the toilet after every 5 minutes. Quantity of urine passed was less. Got ultrasound done. My father passed just 200 ml and 800 ml was still left in the bladder. Finally, a catheter was put. Laevoflox 750, silodal 8 was started. Urine culture is normal. What should we do? Will he need surgery again? What could be the possible reason for the problem? Please help.

I have been diagnosed with high uric acid levels (9.4) and Creatinine levels (1.72). I take Tide (10 mg) daily. Can vitamin c supplements help to reduce these levels and if yes can I take vitamin c supplements on a daily basis?
