Kidney Problems

I m 44 year old male & have  foamy urine like detergent foam from last two months .whole abdomen ultrasound report shows nothing else but grade 1 prostatomegaly and advice for urine examination   which is also normal contain no protein and sugar  KFT & LFT report is also  normal I also take martifur 100 mg bid for seven days, I also take prostina bid  but still no improvement so pl guide Thanking you

Albumin level in my urine present ++ 100mg/dl and acetone level is present 5mg/dl is it normal or serious? i have no sugar no diabitis. no thyroid no anything.

My father of age 60 yrs was detected with Gallstone and some infection in gallbladder ,his current reports are as follow. Total PSA: 4.370 TLC : 6400 Urine RCB: nill Epithelial cells: 0-1 hpf Leucocytes cells: nill Anything alarming. We are already taking medicines for Gallstone and infection.
