Do klebsiella urinary tract infections need longer duration course of antibiotics for complete cure?

Hello I have been taking medication for kidney stones from the past 2 months (lupilzer syrup). I noticed few times that after passing urine in Commode there is a shiny layer like oil/petrol in my urine. Is there something to concern, your advice would be extremely helpful. Thank you

Hai sir / madam, My husband age is 31. He is diagnosed two stones in the right kidney, 8mm, 6mm in 2020. Along with the medicenes tried so many remedies and churnas  which are not work just manageble. Recently he danced in an occasion. He severely got pain in his back. Doctor told us one stone is in the lower calyx other is in renal pelvis so one stone is not possible to pull out through ureteroscopy. So he suggested pcnl. He undewent pcnl successfully and two stones were removed. Now my doubt is my husband is angiogram. Patient in 2016.now he went through this. I need some perfect diet now for healthy heart and kidney stones which i need is to never form again.

I've having urine urgency feeling since months now. It first started when I had a uti but after course of treatment NO uti found in tests, got culture and routine done more than 2 times now. What could be the reason?
