Hi I would like to check the reasons for a low creatinine level. And is it a serious concern considering deviations in LFT report as attached. I am a vegetarian and have lean body structure.

Hello respected Doctors, Greetings. And thank you all for your services. Since I an working from home for British Airways and lot of client calls, I had to hold my urine three days ago for 10 mins. Now I am getting stabbing pain below navel like a cut throat razor and burning urination. Also the pain is moving in the bladder area and specifically lower right side here and there. Sometimes I feel my appendix is hurting,sometimes I feel my ovaries and uterus are paining. But the pain is highly below the navel. I am not diabetic. HBA1c for March is 4.5. I have no thyroid issues . Creatinine is 0.75 and BP always remains at 120/75. I googled up it says I have bladder cancer. I am 39 yrs old unmarried female. Pls advise me which tests shall I take and what exactly is happening with me. The pain seems like when we get mouth ulcer burning pain similar pain in the bladder area. Kindly help me pls. I would appreciate it. Thank You

I visited a urologist and he advised a diamond cut frenuloplasty. But I read online that this method increases the tightness of the prepuce. I fear that I also have a tight phimotic ring. Will diamond cut frenuloplasty losen the phimotic ring as well?
