Now what is nxt step

From last 1 month my grandfather is having irritation (jalan) in urinary tract whole day and while passing urine also His prostate size us also near 26 And prostate antigen is in the report attached above Pls suggest what to do And if possible pls tell what disease is he suffering from ??

Hello Doctors , Sir / Mam I have a issue I was diagnosed with varicocele 1 yr ago in starting I have pain but after following some yoga poses it became much better right now my main concern is about the mind which made a. change in behaviour also i dont feel relaxed and thinking exercises would be a good option to get relief from this mind problem i started doing some exercises which are gym exercises but after that i feel disturbance dont know what it is does it have any link with mind or something related to testesterone , doesn't respond the way it used to be after varicocele.

Do I need to pass urine while undergoing Urodynamics test??(Today had KUB+PVR+Uroflowmetery)...How can I pass urine with the catheter remaining inside? Also what is the usefulness of this test?

Hi doc My father has type 2 diabetes blood sugar 270 as on 2nd may.. Currently on medications. He is having frequent urination at night with burning sensation.. Is this uti? It has been occured 2,3 times in a month when on antibiotic uti disappeared when antibiotics stopped urine issue appears Usg of lower abdomen done- findings are- grade I fatty infiltration of liver Right renal cysts(1.2*1.1cm) Grade I enlargement of prostate(1.6*1.5cm) Docs are saying this urine problem is due to diabetes.. Is it so? What should be the treatment... Attaching USG report of lower abdomen and urine report Rft report is normal

So, In 2018 i had some issues with frequent urination. I showed it to various urologists, urine routine/culture were normal, ultrasound was also normal but showed ectopic left kidney which is functioning. But the frequent urination issue persists till date. Lately i have been having food pain, did b12, vit d, cbc, sugar and uric acid all are fine. And cbc has rdw 14.8..slight hight. Bt ortho doctor said uric acid is 6.8mg/dl, a little on higher side bec of which this is happening. Given my history of frequent urination, i am scared if it's any kidney disease. I have done all other tests bt m too afraid to do kft, since m scared if it will get some bad result and as m young I hv to get through something bad :(. Another usg was done recently due to other stomach issues, kidney was normal. No abnormalities.. Should I go for kft as a routine checkup?(not advised by anyone yet) Or usg rules out kidney disease? I have done urine tests few mnths back, it was normal only. Please advise..
