Hello sir I had done my right inguinal open hernia surgery 7 years ago i have not any pain when I sit down on bed it is normal but when I stand up or walk or do any work I feel some sensation like tugging disturbance in doing activity why i feel after so many years of surgery is it feels some discomfort whole life please tell me why a person feels some discomfort after surgery it is not a pain its some disturbance in doing physical activity

Stone removal on Feb 1 Dj stent remove on Feb 18 Stone remove form ureter ursl was done Now left flank pain is not going Pain occurring daily Usg doen show malrotaion of kidney slight And little left kidney hydronephorsis What is the rsn of pain Nxt step plz
