Frequent urination avg every 15 minutes

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My father age 72 diabetic having frequent urination and burning sensation since last 2 days urine frequency is very high and as per urine routine report leucocyte esterase positive and RBC 10-13/hpf and pus cells 5-7 wbc/hpf rest all negative colour light yellow pH 5. Please advise
