Frequently urinating
I go to gym, so i use creatine 3 gm daily. But after taking it i go to urinate very frequently like every half hour. These continues for 3-4 hrs after taking creatine. Please tell why this is happening.

Firstly stop taking 3gms of creatinine per day it's too much and your kidney will give up a after few more weeks.
This is the very reason as kidenys are working extra and filtering the excess creatinine. Normal Cr value in blood is up to 1.2 and beyond that is bad.
Do not take any supplements high on protein and creatinine as these are dangerous to your kidneys and liver.
