Body itching and frequent urination
My body itches a lot any time of the day but more intense at night and early morning. I have small bumps on my face, neck, and chest area which itch too much. Also, i experience frequent urination. I feel the urge to urinate again almost a few minutes after i just urinated. Sometimes i was having incontinence too.

Get urine examination routine and microscopic done,along with allergy test for common allergens.
You have to avoid exposure if positive to some allergens.
Consult a dermatologist for bumps& itching.
Tab flavoxate 200 mg thrice daily helps in reducing frequency
