Does mump medication affect fertility. If so then which test to be prescribed.. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Hello, My younger brother is having slight discomfort while bowl movement. but its not constant. While sitting also sometimes he feels slight inflammation while sitting. He is not having any discomfort while sitting or while doing any movement. sometimes his anus space is feels little hard when he feels the discomfort. this is happening from last 2 weeks. what can be done, to cure the issue and what can be the cause. he mostly avoids medication

3 days back my lower back right part was paining and there was little swelling yesterday the outer thigh area started paining then today I found red patches have developed in certain thigh areas. Can it be a kidney related problem I am really worried.

In the past i have done over masturabation when i was teen . NOW i masturbated once amonth . Can it still affect my fertility...

I have overactive bladder it's recovery with medicine or not o can't do anything I left my job BCoz this problem irritated me Alot and frustrated lot sir. I do all test Ct scan, ultrasound, urine culture, uroflowmentary,sugar test, uric scid test. What I do for this my problem is excessive Urination or frequent urination all time m not sleeping for a long in night. I have kidney stone 3.6mm this is reason or Overactive bladder please help doctor m too much panic. I can't go anywhere BCoz of this problem approximate m facing this 8 months I have 1 year ago kidney but m again facing kidney stone but very little in size kidney stone doesn't affect me overactive bladder effect me so much.my doctor gave me mirago 25 for Overactive balder m taking from 1 month and still using can I take continue or not ? This is good medicine or not . This is permanent gone or not sir please help any surgery or treatment available. M too much panic m not going anywhere BCoz of this. This is curable or not?

Frequent urination and burning sensation for the last few months. I took some medicines but it gets worse last few weeks. Urine culture was normal, USG came out as cystitis.
