Kidney Problems

Sir, whenever I urinate, it takes 15sec,20sec,30seconds to start urination. The Dr. asked for KUB, urine test, retrograde urethrogram, uroflowmetry + PVR, all test were normal while the uroflowmetry graph is bad. I have been taking alfuzosin since last 6 months, and baclofen for 4 months, there is no improvement. What is the problem and the solution. Kindly help.

I am witnessing slow urination in last few days and while urinating some time a high pressure exerts which is painful. Sometimes painful urinating. What to do and what test do I need to do before consulting an urologist?

Hi.. in my USG report, it is found as 1 - 3.4mm lower polar calculus in right kidney 2- two upper polar calculi 4.2mm and 4.1mm in left kidney 3- 5mm single calculus in left distal ureter So basically 4 kidney stones have been detected and I'm having intermittent pain in left side which is unbearable at times.. currently taking KMAC syrup and Smashit tablet since 2days as directed by local physician but still pain is there.. Pls help me to get rid of these stones and pain asap.. what shud be my next course of action? Surgery or medicines? If yes then which?

I am not passing urine. I have to pour hot water on the groin area when my urine comes. Sometimes this problem gets fixed for a few days.this problem ever reoccur.I also have anxiety problem? Isn't it because of anxiety? Found any other problem? Or is there some other problem?

I m 44 year old male & have  foamy urine like detergent foam from last two months .whole abdomen ultrasound report shows nothing else but grade 1 prostatomegaly and advice for urine examination   which is also normal contain no protein and sugar  KFT & LFT report is also  normal I also take martifur 100 mg bid for seven days, I also take prostina bid  but still no improvement so pl guide Thanking you

Albumin level in my urine present ++ 100mg/dl and acetone level is present 5mg/dl is it normal or serious? i have no sugar no diabitis. no thyroid no anything.

Why urologist can understand any urological problem they all said its all in your head 🤔 I fell like I know better then urologists see other branches where they reach but they don't know how to treat a patient
