Kidney Problems

Glucose detected in Urine but I have no blood sugar. My hba1sc is 5.2 and Fasting blood sugar is 105. Protein also detected in urine. I am passing foamy urine from last ten months as well. Please help what do I need to do or which doctor to consult!

I have constant urge to urinate. How can I fixed it? I don't drink a lot of water but it is happening every day.

Mild cortical scarring with multiple diffusely scattered hypo-dense well defined cystic lesions both in cortex and medulla on 2.2 X 1 cm right side intra polycystic kidney disease parenchymal ,largest cyst measures 2.2X1.0 Cm in the mid pole and 5.8X5.2 cm sized .Exophytic lower pole cyst on left side largest cyst measures 2.7 X 2.3 cm in mild pole region . The adrenals are normal in thickness and morphology.

I literally have to every 10 min .Is there a permanent solution available? I got every test done and they turn out to be normal

My brother high creatinine it's around 5.2mg/dl,is it dangerous ,how it will decrease ,should we go for transplant

I am a 24 years old women.I have previously diagnosed with Over Active Bladder. And I got relieved after 4 years with this finally with the help of Mirgao 50. Its been almost 8/9 months I have been cured properly. From last 2 days,I am feeling urinary discomfort during urination. I am feeling urinary retention in my bladder At morning 6,I went to urinate,the amount was quite much.then again I felt like ,the urine release wasn't clear . I went again.Again,I felt the urine is retaining in my bladder . I am also having a little stomach pain and I can feel that my stomach is getting heavy. My stool is clear. Recent Changes I have made to my diet : I am underweight,hence taken some advise from a nutritionist and having buffalo milk,peanuts,cashews all these while.my daily routine This change is from past 1 month. Even right now while typing this,I am feeling my bladder is not clear and feeling uncomfortable Having stomach pain. Please suggest me something.what should I do? I
