Enlarge prostate
Sir, One year ago(In February 2021) I had done USG Ultrasound for gastric problem, which revealed My prostate enlarged Mildly, Prostate Volume -27. 62 cc, Echotexture is normal. No focal lesion seen. Capsule is intact. Also I have hypertension and for hypertension I am taking CTD T 12.5/40 in Morning and Met XL 50 at night. Sometimes frequent urinating also occured. Is there any concern Sir?

Since u r young wait , take alpha blocker if there s decreased stream of micturition, otherwise wait ,
