I am suffering from side abdominal pain both left and right sides. My urine routine and culture test shows normal. My ultrasound test shows as : well diffuse wall thickening with sediment (4mm) . And result is given as cystitis Can any one please tell what is treatment for this?

I am male 41 years and While 2 days ago I was having pain in the side of left kidney and burning sensation in urine.
