Kidney stone
Hi, I was suffering from 12mm stone and was removed via URS/Rirs. A stent is inserted (Kidney-ureter) for 30 days.
1- Can i join office?
2-Can i walk 2-3 km daily?
3- Can I use stairs ( Ups and down)
4- Can I ride bike
Also, can work sitting in chair in office whole day?

With stents inside avoid jerks. Becoz That precipitates bleeding. Even it causes LUTS
