I had done my master check up and it shows gfr as 83. I had my thyroidectomy done 2 months back and taking 100 mcg tablets. Attached my blood urea and creatinine report. Protein urine: negative Glucose urine: negative Tsh: 3.90 Let me know anything to be concerned.

Hello sir/ma'am, my grandfather had operation of hernia on both sides 6 years back. Now he is having pain in hernia on left side and Enlarged prostrate gland. He is having fever since 3 days, have become weak. He is 95 years age old. We have consulted doctors locally but not getting right guidance. Kindly help please. Urea in blood is 10.2 & urea nitrogen blood is<5 Want to know how to treat this . Is there any requirement of medication

My  Mother is 50 years old having swelling in legs and face recently.now she has dumbness in leg and also having severe back pain.is it need to worry about kidney functioning? She also feels less or no urine during urination.she also has black motion recently and also stomach upset lik diareha.she cant hold .urine test is enough for kidney renal functioning?sugar albumin in urine and urea and creatinir in urie is enough to prove kidney healthy functioning.suggest any remedies

My wife's urine analysis and culture is attached. Urine routine shows infection but culture doesn't show any bacterial growth. She was having pain while urinating and blood in urine. Given 1 Fosirol sachet after giving the sample for test. She feels better but little pain is still there. Should she repeat the same antibiotic once more? Why culture doesn't show any bacterial growth ? Thanks

I got UTI in November. and I have been taking a lot of antibiotics. I contracted infection from my husband.My uti got cleared post amikacin administration but I can see turbidity and epithelial cells in my urine. This was after 3months of antibiotic treatment.My CRP value is 16.5. My ct scan report says prominent mesenteric lymph nodes associated with fat stranding/mesentric haziness,  suggestive of mesenteric panniculitis. My sonography report says atypical uti, whitish and turbid urine and free-floating echoes in the bladder-to correlate for possible cystitis, mild hepatomegaly with grade one fatty liver. Mean platelet count is 12.7, and red cell distribution width is 15.7 whereas my urine culture for e.coli is negative now. I got loose stools for 15days and abdominal pain on both sides post-amikacin injection. Should I get tested for fungus or other organisms causing STI. Please clarify is everything normal or needs immediate attention. I am on  probiotics and cranberry tablets now.

All my life I have eaten spicy food. Food laden with green chillies and spices. However, from past few months i have noticed that whenever I eat spicy food. I get a burning sensation just after i finish my urination (not during). The burning is so strong that it feels like my privates are on fire. I even get a very acidic smell from my urine.

Do you have any medical doctor who can help me in underactive distrusor treatment. Doctor has history to treat successfully multiple time urine issue

I am suffering acute UTI infection last 2 yrs. I took antibiotics 3 months as per prescription and 6 month I am taking alfoo tablet but last week I did the test and the result heavy growth of morganella morganii ssp morganii. I just want to know can I admit hospital for better treatment? Please suggest. I am really in trouble, for the infection my entire body ache increase tremendous and feeling like fever. Dear sir/ ma'am, I have done CT angiography few days ago . At that time creatinine was 0.86. I have heard CT angiography with dye can or may hurt kidney so therefore After 5 days of angiography i have repeated creatinine and it was 0.88. Do i need to relax now regarding stress of kidney injury/ failure or do i need to do some more test. Thank you sir / ma'am Regards
