Kidney Problems

I have a urine infection and want to consult about that. Reports to show. This problem is very frequent with me.

In my health checkup my uric acid is low 1.7 and in previous year  check up also it is low 1.8 whether it cause any problem??

My brother is having a flank pain on the right side... Last year also (mostly in June month) he is having the same pain and his ultrasound report (last year) was normal... what can be the main reason behind this pain???...and what kind of daily medication, routine/diet he should follow??

Since February issue started with stomach pain and frequently urine and pressure and pain. I need to urinate almost after 1 hour every time but not in night. And also I need to wait a minute or more before passing urine with pain.  I consult for urologist, kidney function test done. Urine test done.  Pre and post void done stomach ultrasound done, cbc done, all normal, but in uroflowmetry he said little obstruction. And he gave 30 day urimax 0.4 capsule and pre and probiotic capsule. And he said if it will not work have to test using durbeen... I took all medicine for 1 month, but I am facing now is when I drink 2 glass water in one go, need to urinate after every 1 hour 2-3 baar, and then in whole day I urinate 7-8 times, I took only 7 glass of water from morning to sleep... But I am facing the issue of pressure and pain in my private parts and also it hurted before voiding and sometimes I have to wait few second before voiding although I feel to urinate.

Respectful Sir/Madam, While playing, my 3 years old son unknowingly punched the scrotum which caused pain for 2 weeks and then subsided. Later, after 2 months again the same pain was noted but not acute. Later, went to urologist and took an ultrasound of scrotum, which showed as mild epididymitis. Is this a cause of concern or is this a major issue? Later, the respective urologist told that nothing to worry about the issue. Kindly tell that is there anything to panic? There is no redness or swelling or any other issue at the said part but a little pain while standing for long time. Does this issue leads to any serious problem in future? Pls intimate the same sir. Hi Doctor, Need advise From past 1 day I am facing problem during urine. During the start of urine I feel mild burning sensation and today I got fever of 38 deg celcius. Please guide me what to do.

Is it possible to have urine bacterial infection But in urine culture test it shows negative and not bacteria?

First urine in the morning is orange.. After I drink water and then pee it's clear. After sometime again I pee it's orange. Is it a serious problem?? Should I get a scan done or urine test?
