Kidney Problems

After wake up once I fresh up I can hold my urine till 2 hour but once I go to urinate again urge to urinate started then it won't stop it's very difficult to stop urge leaking not there..but urge to urinate it's there...it's been 10 days since it happening i tried many medicine...my urine report normal ...but suddenly it started ..only when I wake up and fresh up then only can hold my urine for 2 hours then once I go urge won't stop what can be reason kindly advise something...I am diabetic type 2..I have taken defsheiled 6 mg as treatment of allergy...

As part of routine checkup of my father(aged 63years) the PSA count is 0.2. The prostate is given as Enlarged with size as 4.5*4.4*3.9 cm and 41.6gm. Volume of post-void residual urine is insignificant. The impression mentioned is "Grade 1 prostatomegaly". Although there are no symptoms for difficulty in urination, what does Grade 1 prostatomegaly mean and is it a concern at the age of 63years?

My mother's age is 49. She is diabetic using gycliphage sr 500 mg. For the last 4 days she has been feeling low fatigue and body pains, stomach pain and back pain and pins and needles sensation in legs. Also she is having low urine output and pain while peeing. Today we went to the hospital. I am attaching the blood and urine test report. My mother has 20-25 pus cells. We went to my family doctor and he prescribed uribid 100 mg, cefindo-o, Alkacitral syrup. Anything serious in the report? Some of the people say that this is common for ladies. My father is having a similar situation in last year and got sepsis attack and my father expired because of that issue.

My mother had blood in her cough and chest pain, we went in emergency govt hospital they got her admitted and did a CT scan and ECG, gave ATORVASTATIN and CLOPIDOGREL for 5 days. Is this okay?
