Kidney Problems

I have kidney stones in both side there are multiple stones both side. One stone is in ureter 7.8mm that has caused moderate hydronephrosis. I have planned for rirs surgery. I just wanted to know is it safe to have bilateral rirs or it should be done in that side only which has stone stuck in ureter.

I have undergone pcnl and rirs surgery previous year, after that I am fine. But recently I have checked my creatinine level which revealed 1.03. Is it a worried situation or need any medicine? Kindly advice.

Hi, I have lower abdomen heaviness from past 4-5 days. I got my ultrasound and urinalysis done. It says: 5-6 HPF Pus cells And , Cystitis The reports are attached. Please check.

1 month, ago detected  with uti now all reports are normal ,urine flow is 14 but having problem in starting the urine and feel pain before urination in Lowe urinary tract,after urination feeling normal

One of my relative is 29 years old male. He cannot hold urine. Whenever urge  of urine comes he has to go instantly. But urine quality is less than 180 ml. Usg report normal. Pvr- 35 ml.  No burning  or pain during  or after urination. He consulted a urologist but can not take medicine as this medicine cause severe dry mouth and hard stool and he also a patient irritable bowel syndrome diarrhea alternative with constipation. Both the urine problem and digestive problem since birth. Please guide.

Hello doctors, So I have a grandfather who is currently at 75 Yr old. He is a heart patient. He got his  heart attack in 2013 and in 2023 he got a bypass surgery. The thing is that he was prescribed medicine for his heart since 2013 which is now effecting his kidneys. Currently his creatinine is 5.0 and he has lost a lot of weight in the span of few months. And he is definitely against getting dialysis. So kindly tell me how to lower his creatinine and what exercises he should be doing and what type of food he should be eating.

Having urge to urinate, less urine output, urine burning like while passing, since 3 years on & off basis, also pain in upper thigh, some time lower back, normal kft, CT whole abdomen, urine routine normal, once culture Siemen shows e coli for which treatment done, problem mostly while traveling, please advise

My father is 68 years old his urine colour changes quite frequently sometime it is oranginsh in colour some time it is yellowish in colour and sometimes it is normal. when he sits for long and when he stand up he cannot control his urine. Sometimes his urine also smells which is very strong. He was previously diagnosed which urine infection. Kindly help me with this.
