Kidney Problems

I had rirs surgery 5 days back. Doctor placed stent in both ureters. There were stones in both kidneys. But doctor has operated on one kidney and placed stent on both sides. I was taking pain killers 2 times a day from last 5 days. Today I have not taken pain killer. But now I am feeling feverish. Should I have to continue pain killers for few days more? Is it normal feeling feverish after 5 days of surgery?

I have undergone ursl procedure 2 weeks ago for the ureteric stone removal.The stone was fragmented and taken out and a DJ stent has also been placed and the stent is scheduled for removal in couple of days.But whenever I am sitting a bit long and then standing am feeling good pain in left side and after some time the pain  gradually reduces also after I stand and again same thing gets repeated.Please help/suggest is this normal..and is this pain because of stent...
