Kidney Problems

Dear Doctor, My wife had a blood test today and there are some abnormal values in KFT. It has high potassium (5.93) and low creatinine (0.58). If potassium levels are mainly raised by kideny disease, then how the creatinine level is low? Also what can be one in this case?

Is that Warstone Combi pack medicine is very much affective in kidney stone ?? Please suggest me best medicine..

Urine routine shows pus cells - 11 Bacteria - present Then I did urine culture and the result shows no bacteria. I don't have symptoms of burning during urination. I get pain on pelvic area sometimes but I am not sure whether it is urology related because I keep getting such on and off pain due to gastritis and irritable bowel syndrome. My urologist says no need for treatment but I am worried regarding pus cells. I have started taking telma 20 for bp since 5 days. Is there a chance the pus cells came due to telma side effect? Because I have never ever had pus cells and even 2 weeks back my urine routine was normal. Sometimes when my bladder is full I get a pain on my urethra and then it goes away once I empty bladder. All other blood tests are normal. No protein in urine. I am confused about what to do . Hoping to get some suggestions.

Recently visited to local physician for fever, he suggested urine c and s test ( report attached). I went to urologist then after He told to repeat the test and do USg KUB +pvr and Uroflowmetry test and KFT. Uroflowmetry reports received. Rest will come in few days. By the time I want to know about my Uroflowmetry report. Is it ok? Unable to understand by myself

I am having a burning urination problem and body chill and 12500 WBC count since 9 months . The doctor diagnosed prostatitis but after completing the antibiotics course of saltum it comes again so he referred me to the infection specialist. After that he did some blood reports and found brucella igm positive. Right now taking mikacin iv 500mg day n night and doxycycline twice . But still having urine burning sensation what to do

I'm suffering from urine retention problem from last 3 months. i taken medicines and did different test but still I'm not able to pass the complete urine at a time. most of the time i have to go for pee mostly in night. I did the pre and post ultrasound so they said only 18cc is left out of 393cc. I have attached Urine flow report. Please suggest me what type of treatment i will have to take. Thanks in advance.

Hi Doctors, From past few days I am having a dull pain on my right side flank. When pressed, I can feel it from right abdomen till back. Also, I am having frequent urination like once every 30 min The pain was there earlier also, I did ultrasound but no stone was detected, this was 8 months ago. The pain is generally low and comes and go. Also, i did KFT test as part of full body checkup in august last year and nothing came But this time from 2 days it's constant but not acute. Can you please suggest what shall I do.

Hi doctors, A week ago i was admitted in hospital with severe pain in right side back groin area. After CT scan, 3mm stone was seen in Vuj. I was kept under observation for 3 days, when no pain occured i was discharged with medicines. Please tell me if this is something alarming or any advice needed.
