Kidney Problems

I am having urge to  pee in every 10 to 15 minutes from last two days...even I cannot hold it for a second.  There is a burning sensation. And feeling some pain while i am  peeing... i  feel that I am unable to empty my bladder.        Why is this happening ?? Is it UTI problem or something else??

I have been diagnosed with more than 10*7colony of bacteria cfu/ml e coli in urine. I am attaching urine sensitivity report. Its 5 days today.
