I had routine urine examination which showed calcium oxalate +.+ in urine. Showed this to urologist he ignored it. Please tell me is it serious.. Report attached

More than presence of calcium oxalate. I want To know reason for doing urine routine. Sometimes symptoms need treatment and findings need to be ignored.
