USG KVB c PVR REPORT
USG KUB -PVR reads as below: "1.periumblical and RIF probe tenderness with mesentric lymph nodes and prominent bowel loops" - needs follow up 2.Bilateral renal few mid pole region concretions noted" (Both kidneys normal in size, shape and location. Corticomedullary, differentiation well maintained) 3. Mildly increases prominence of bilateral inguinal regions on cough noted needs follow up 4. Urinary bladder: well distended and shows echo free lumen. No capculus/diverticulam. Wall thickness normal Prevoid: 275.0 cc, post void: 23.0 cc 5. Prostate: Mildly bulky and altered in echo texture measuring 27.0 cc - kindly correlate with PVR - Is CT SCAN required for further study especially for mesentric lymphnodes under point No.1 or not plz advise
