USG Abdomen KUB
I had a pain in lower abdomen and frequent urine urge. One physician told me to do USG Abdomen KUB and urine sample test. Report are as follows: 1. Mild mucosal thickening of urinary bladder with prominent bilateral UVJ. Mild cystitis need consideration. 2. Calcular concretion in lower pole calyx of right kidney. And in urine analysis Pus Cells 2-3 / HPF Epithelial Cell 1-2 / HPF Can someone please explain the report specially point 2.

Need to see urologist.  Don't go by report per se. Your symptom of urge cannot be explained by scan report. More tests like uroflow and post void residue in USG and bladder diary needed.
