Good evening. My mother aged 66 is a diabetic and CKD patient. Has recurring uti along with urine retention. Is there any permanent cure for it ? And the last thing I wanted to know within how many months urine routine is to be performed. Thank you

I am a 35 year old female. For more than 1 year am having the problem while urinating. Am not able to pass the urine completely am having a feeling like still I need to pass but urine is not coming but after few seconds it's coming out slowly but little bit. Hi Dr my mother has high wbc count range 25-50/HPF, random glucose 230. Frequent fever with temp 101-102 degrees. Want to know is it serious, should we admit her. Dr prescribed, Uritop, Urosol and Faropenem. Do we need to admit her at the earliest or give medications and wait and see if she gets better?

Doctor said it is Peyroneis disease and suggested me the following medicine - 1. Codesoft epo 2. Dvk plus 3. Tab Enzomac Will I take this much medicine or any medicine to be taken extra? And doctor told me to take medicine for 2 months , if no results then we have to go for surgery?? So pls kindly check the Doppler test report and suggest what to do ? And is surgery really needed ?
