Kidney Problems

Need to understand this as this happens frequently mostly in the morning from 4 to 8-9.and gradually pain decrease by noon.

I am dealing with frequent urination please help me In every 20min there is strong urge of pee and after peeing it feels like i want to pee more

Not feeling any change I drank so many OAB tablets 'still no change I am facing to much pain in urine area and irritation While walking, laughing, coughing, I am feeling presure what happened to me.
