I have ct scan report of my grandmother 75 age , please see it and explain what it is... she has kidney stones so doctor suggested for ct scan ... Please guide me for that

Below is my 3day child usg report. pls guide if anything serious. LIVER: Normal in size) 4.5cm). outine and echotexture. No e/o any IHBR dilatation/ focal mass lesion seen, Portal vein is normal. CBD: Not dated (13mm). No intraductal calcul noted. Distended, transverse diameter 10mm. Wall thickness is normal. Hypoechoic sludge is seen in lumen. GALL BLADDER: Echotexture-Normal Size-Normal, No e/o any SOL/calcification/Duct dilatation seen PANCREAS: AORTA & PARA-AORTIC AREA: Aoria and IVC are normal. No mass lesion in para-aortic area. SPLEEN: Normal in size (2.6cm) and echotexture. KIDNEYS: Right kidney measures - 3.6x1.8cm. Left kidney measures -3.7x1.8cm. Cortical echogenicity is increased. Cortico medullary differentiation is maintained. Milk of calcium seen in all calyces of bil kidneys No e/o any calcull/Hydronephrosis seen in both kidneys. Bilateral ureters are not dilated.

I had impacted stone in my ureter of size 7mm which caused moderate hydronephrosis. I had rirs surgery.and stent was placed on both side as I am having another stone of size 6.3mm in other kidney. I just want to know if ureteric stricture is a complication of rirs procedure? Should I get the other stone removed by this procedure or should I go for ESWL procedure?

Hi, how long one can consume Alfusin 10 daily without any further consultation? Any side effects ?

I had multiple stones in my both kidneys and one got stuck in ureter 7mm and caused moderate hydronephrosis. I had rirs procedure done on one side and stent was placed in both side. In other kidney the largest stone was of size 6.3mm. It's been 4 weeks. Now I am feeling pressure and a very little pain in my lower abdomen. Does that mean the stone has moved to bladdar or what?

I am suffering from urine infection from last 20 days ...started augmentin 625 from last 10 days but no use..still burning sensation . but no burning sensation while standing and walking. Urine culture reports show enterococcus faecalis isolated in culture and occasional pus cells.Uding K cit syrup 3 times .please suggest

I have stomach pain since 2 days... have taken painkiller but once the efffect of medicine resolved ... again comes.. in lower right abdomen sometimes diffuse... I have checked my urine.. rbc count in urine is 20

I have difficulty urinating and as a result have to urinate multiple times a day and pain in my lower abdomen. As it was previously suspected to be UTI, have taken a course of antibiotics Faronem 300mg for 5 days. It did not get better. Please suggest a course of diagnosis.

My urologist prescribed Onabet and Tbact ointment for Acute Balanoposthitis, 2 times a day for 7 days. My question is should I mix both ointments together and apply or apply separately after washing within a few hours? Thanks!
