After I mastrubate, I pee , after my pee I feel my tracks burns and I have urge to pee again and the burning sensation subside overtime any concern?

I have been diagnosed with more than 10*7colony of bacteria cfu/ml e coli in urine. I am attaching urine sensitivity report. Its 5 days today. I have taken amikacin 500mg IV route and uribid tablet 100mg twice but there is some relief but not proper relief. Is this something significant and worrisome? Attaching report

It's been more then a month since was suffering from urge to urinate it started suddenly now it's not going ...I'm taking anixty medicine as it makes me anixous all the time I feel helpless...tryed urology medicine also not help mirago 50 fasobig 8 taken ..I'm irrated cuz of urgency it's not allowing me to do my regular work ..sit walk or lie down everytime feels urgency my ct kub normal ...I'm diabetes type 2 last hb1ac was 6.5. I don't know what to do know as im unable to understand my issue and it's soultion kindly help...

About a month back I had a right URSL done for a 8mm ureteric stone with bilateral dj stenting. I had plans of getting a RIRS done for a left renal stone of size 10mm but couldn't do it because of my mom's health problems. I had severe infections after DJ stent placement that I had to put on Ceftazidime + Tazobactum injections for 3 days. DJ stents were removed 10 days after surgery. So now despite 15 days after DJ stent removal my left kidney side there is still mild squeezing pain along with light stabbing pain that happens near the ribcage area. Is it normal? Is it because of the stone? Prior to surgery I had no such pain. The doctor who performed my surgery is on leave currently so I'm unable to ask him. No fever, urine is clear but I get occasional chills. Also from the past 2-3 days I've noticed my stool green with visible green ink like color.
