Having waking up to go to washroom in night and burning during pee . facing it often since years... Report is RCD-15.30 Leucocte esterease-positive Pus cells -5-7WBC/HPF

Recently inguinal hernia surgery is done 15 days before. Umbilical hernia surgery is done in year 2019. The para umbilical hernia developed last year is managed by weight reduction and abdomen belt. The vericocile grade 3 is managed by daflon 500 given last month. 29 days are over. Standing or sitting aggravates pain in scrotum. Walking is relatively okay. Can we manage by.  conservative treatment?
