I started taking vitamin b12 supplement zincovit and I got uti after few days.is there any connection to this. My urine used to be really yellow after taking supplements

Hi, My mother has been going to toilet to pass urine very frequently say sometimes in half an hour for the past 10 days. And for the past 6 days, she has been taking antibiotic as she got high puss cells in her urine routine report. But after taking medicines for the past 6 days, no improvement has been seen.
