Sir. Kindly pls check the report. I consulted local urlogist and he suggested me to do USG abdomen and penile  doppler test. Kindly pls check the penile Doppler test report. Doctor said it is Peyroneis disease and suggested me the following medicine - 1. Codesoft epo 2. Dvk plus 3. Tab Enzomac Will I take this much medicine or any medicine to be taken extra? And doctor told me to take medicine for 2 months , if no results then we have to go for surgery?? So pls kindly check the Doppler test report and suggest what to do ? And is surgery really needed ? What is small hyperechoic foci in inter cavernosal tunica in penile dopper test ? Is it normal or any treatment required?

Since last 2 days I've been facing reduction of urine and also burning sensation with smell. Also I've been taking antibiotics like amoxi clav and I drink cranberry juice..But still not much improvement seen.

Hello Doctor, I was having a slight burning sensation and the doctor prescribed ultrasound. Attached are the reports. The radiologist advised the CT SCAN but the Urologist said wait and watch. However, he later said better get a CT Scan done. Is this report something serious. Does it mean there is any effect on the kidney. What does evidence of minimal prominence of the pelvicalyceal system seen.

My mother was suffering from UTI. Now after taking months of antibiotics... we did urine culture.. now the report says no growth of e coli bacteria. But she is having burning sensation while peeing (doctor also did cystoscopy). Now the issue is we went for a check up and the doctor prescribed Martifur as she was complaining of burning sensation while peeing. She have taken martifur for 3 days and now she is experiencing about nausea, gas, burning sensation at night in body and weakness in whole body. In this case what needs to be done? Should she stop taking the antibiotic? I asked this question keeping in mind that antibiotics should not be stopped without consulting.
