A large exophytic cyst (13cmx9cm) was observed on left kidney during ultrasound. Ultrasound was done for some other purpose however accidentally found out about this cust. No other issues and symptoms associated with it. What can be the probable solution?? Can it be cured with medicine or shall require surgery? In case of surgery, can it be drained or laproscopy is required

I had rirs procedure done in both my kidneys 4-5 months back. I just want to know what are chances of getting stricture after rirs? After how long should I get an ultrasound done to check if there is stricture or not? I had 7.8mm stone stuck in left ureter and small stones in both kidneys which were removed through rirs.
