Lower abd pain &severe up centre bckpain

Was facing frequent urination (specially at night ) since 3-4 weeks and started having mild to medium pain in lower abdomen since a 1+week
Since two days frequency plus sever upper centre back pain and now from today I can see blood flakes in urine
Urine culture was given yesterday and today I got retest of urine analysis
Sugar is normal fasting 77
So what can be the cause
Cancer or UTI??
