Kidney Problems

Hi doctors, my mother is 54 years old. She is also a diabetic patient. She is having dysuria issue for almost 3 years. And it occurs sometimes in the gap of 7-8 months. Few months back when she wento to urologist they said after urine report that it is infection and they have given some medicine and it was fine within one week. Can she repeat same medicine now because it is repeated and we have done urine and blood test so it says infection. Can we repeat same medication as that doctor is not available in the city for the past few weeks. I have attached the urine and kidney function report also. Can you please tell if her kidney is fine? What medication she can take to treat this infection? Please answer and give helpful reply. Its urgent. Thank you.

I take BP medicine at night cilnidipine plus metoprolol (CilacarM,10/50) and Ecospirin AV after dinner around 9pm daily. Around 3AM I start urinating 3/4 times till 5 am. Because of this my sleep is getting disturbed. I avoid taking water from 7 PM to reduce urine frequeny but not to much effect. What could be the reason?

Kindly check that my report is normal or need medication?

Bulbar urethra :- Badly unhealthy mucosa with passable stricture. Almost 50days passed from RIRS no pain no irritation while urination. Ureteroscopy done using 20F. Is this passable urethral stricture will heal or remain stable or further develop?.

I have severe over active urinary bladder and urge incontinence along with IBS constipation alternative diarrhoea so I can't take medicines for the urinary problem as all the medicines are causing side effect. So, without botox into the bladder has any medicine which can't cause any side effect ???

Hi, My doctor has suggested me these capsules . Vibact . She told me to take 2 capsules one in morning and 1 at night. Is it ok to take 2 capsules or it is too much and I shall take just 1 capsules a day.

From 7th early morning suddenly i got a pain at lower back . Got a usg done and report came that i am passing a kidney stone 4mm and its in the vuj. Whole night i was in pain ( not unbearable but uncomfortable ) . Drank a lot of water and used hot water bag for pain relief. 8th morning pain vanished. But at 2.00 am i am again getting faint pain lower back. I avoided pain killers on 7th as pain was not that much. Pain now is tingling and radiating from lower back to groin (bearable ) lest than that of 7th. I have a work trip on friday. Please suggest any medicine which could help in passing the stone. I was suggested to have Citralka .

I'm starting to have mild continuous pain in right low pelvis area. It's more like a radiating pain. I'm urinating normal, but since start of issue, I'm facing constipation issue where I'm not feeling sensation or pressure to excrete as normally. But my stools are lose. I don't find pain when pressed against that area, but there so exists pain like I said earlier.

Patient - female, 62 years, height - 5 ft, weight - 50 kg, History of hypertension, hyperthyroidism, CKD for three years ( creatinine on average 1.6), prediabetic ( HbA1C 6.1), physical weakness. Symptoms - Periodic low grade fever, Weight loss ( 8 kg in 9 months), less appetite. Suggested - Blood test, urine culture & RE Blood test report - Serum Protein Electrophoresis normal, pANCA normal, ANF normal, Rheumatoid factor 1.2, all blood parameters normal except little rose in WBC & CRP ( fluctuate between 25-133 when done multiple times) Urine - No pus cell, no protein, Bacteria rod - 56 ( lab reference 0-80), Bacteria Cocci - 46 ( lab reference 0-80), Klebsiella Pneumoniae - 10k colonies / ml grown. Suggestion - Regular medicine + Mero injection 1GM twice a day for 5 days. Any helpful soul out there, please anyone of you, please guide me about the doctor's suggestion. Is this a UTI? She is my mother. Her BP - 110/70 on cetanil T & she is physically weak. Regards.
