It takes 30 to 40 seconds to pass out my first morning urine. The flow is normal during the whole day. I got my USG abdomen and PSA test done. Also got my urine routine done. Its normal. There are no markings in it. Attaching the USG and PSA reports. Please advise.

Sir / mam, In ultrasound my kidney measure right - 9.9 x 4.2 cm and left measured 9.7 x 5.3 cm , But after 5 months it showed left 9.8 x 3.9 cm and right measure 9.6 x 3.8 cm Is this normal ??

Urine issues.

Since 15 days or so I have an issue with my first urine in the morning. It takes more time than normal to pass out. The flow is normal during the rest of the day. There is also slight burning sensation after passing urine. After having coconut water yesterday, the burning sensation was less. Kindly advise treatment.
