Can UTI or BPH cause urine incontinence ? I mean can uti or bph be the reason of urine incontinence ?

Hi team , I am suffering from dysuriya from last 2 week . After taking medicine from urologist this symptom has gone . Currently raking livofoxain 750 and tamsulin 0.4 MG. In my urine report there is pus cell is plenty and bacteria in present . As , antibiotic is going on , so , there is no growth is come in urine Cs . This is detected after only physically check up prostrate and prostate message and after that taking urine sample only . My all previous urine report was normal . My psa is normal and ultrasound also normal . My question is how long I have to continue antibiotic and alpha blocker ? Thanks in advance

I am having burning sensation during urination, I don't have any other symptoms like fever or stomach pain or anything else but while urination it's burning due to which I can't urinate comfortably, kindly suggest any ways to cure please
