Kidney Problems

I did usg , got kidney tiny concretions but radiologist not mentioned size, not even 1mm. if i do ct kub ,dear urologist sir is there will be mentioned size?? , sir you see ct kub report on daily basis , have you seen such case where ct kub didn't mentioned size of renal tiny concretions on ct report!!

I took a UTI Home test & the test pad for leukocytes changed colour very slightly(orange) (it's supposed to turn a shade of purple), but the nitrite test pad remained neutral(yellow). I think I have a UTI as I have been experiencing fatigue and occasionally urge to pee when there's hardly anything to pee. Should I take cefexime 200mg for five days or will drinking plenty of water flush it out?
