Present symptoms Urine infection. Pus cells 10-14 Pain in the left flank. Mn Medicine : Ceforange 500 Exena. Pls advice. KFT : Sr cr. 0.60

Patient is detected with adernal gland tumor (CT SCAN attached). Through laparoscopy whether it can removed. In surgery they will remove adernal gland or tumor. Harmone is getting released and patient is taking medicine for blood pressure arised due to tumor. How surgery can be done. Whether Adernalectomy is done for this kind of patients. What are the approximate cost of this surgery in a private hospital like appollo. What are the usual time for recovery from this surgery.

Recently I had routine check up... It came protein 6.2 mg...Dr advised albumin., it came ACR 2.25...if kidneys are working properly, why there is protein in urine... Have kidney damage been started? Reports attached.. Plz reply?
