Kidney Problems

My husband underwent CT scan plain ( Aug 20th ), Ct scan with contrast ( Aug28), and PET scan on 31st August.. For Kidney stone some simple cyst… Is the radiation exposure too much in a span of 11 days??? Please advise if any precautions can be taken. Thank you

Since 2019, I have noticed that if I am dehydrated (drink 2-3 glasses of water in a day) due to any reason, it starts to burn while peeing. The resolution for this is to drink as much water as possible for the next few hours. This has happened 2-3 times over the last 4 years. Is it normal?

I've had 6-7 episodes of UTI in last 1 year..Culture report always shows Klebsilella Pneumoniae(not any other organism).. In June 2023,I had 1 bacteria(After treatment I had no bacteria in Dec 2023 in CUE) with normal pus cells and Colony count was 10,000..At that time symptoms were mild chills,nausea..Doc gave 1 week twice daily course of tab zostum o 200..After 2  weeks even though 1 bacteria was present in CUE,culture became sterile and symptoms reduced            After 1 month,I started having severe Chills,lower abdominal discomfort,nausea,loss of apetite,low grade fever(At that time I was taking meds for enteric fever-Taxim O 400 and Azithral 500) Urine test reports are attached.. Why am I getting bacteria in CUE(it has increased from 1 to 5) and why did colony counts increase despite taking treatment.. Also I'm having right loin pain,swelling in right feet Are both (Repeated UTI,Back pain)due to hydroureteronephrosis? If yes,then what needs to be done for the same..Kindly tell

What is Urine polymerase chain reaction (Urine PCR) test for UTI I heard it is better than urine culture to detect all the bacteria in uti infection Is it available in India I am suffering from chronic UTI

Hello doctor 18 days back I got heavy fever and checked urine routine albumin trace was found after one week treatment albumin trace was negative. Now after 15 days again in urine routine albumin trace, pus cells, Epi cell found. Can you suggest what's the issue.

Albumin trace was found 20 days back after 1 week of treatment it was negative. But again I did the urine routine i found above results which I have attached with trace of albumin.

I found blood in my urine while urination. Yesterday I passed small kidney stone from urine. Today I am getting red color urine after every urination. Please suggest treatment.
