Kidney Problems

Sir I have done ultra sound reports is renal concretions and peri GB cuffing described is seen along both walls largest thickness up to 11mm anterior wall and 8 mm along posterior wall and few corrections are seen in both the kidneys

I literally have to go to the washroom after every 10-15 minutes even when I haven't drank anything. Frequent urination is something I have been facing for the last 3-4 years but it was still bearable now it has increased.

My age is 57 and I have prostate 30 gms...is it enlarged as per age...I am taking dynapres 0.4......I have no symptoms of BPH because my urine flow is normal...  I have no family history  and I don't eat meat or dairy products.....will the medicine stop further enlargement and for how much time should I continue taking it.

After RIRS surgery on 18.08.2023 in discharge summary i find the following While using 20f cystoscope 1.Bulbar urethra :- Badly unhealthy mucosa with passable stricture 2.Grade 1 prostatic urethra lateral lobes Till now i don't have any symptoms of urethral stricture. My urine flow is good Normally i passed urine flow at a rate of 22-25ml/s. Kindly give me the opinion

I have renel cyst in right kidney size 2 cm*2 cm with thin multiple septation .and my renel function report and urine culture report was normal..do I need any treatment or follow up.. All reports attached with this.. I am very worried about this. Pls give a clear clarification

My father has en large prostate ,doctor prescribed  fincar tablet 10 mg. Will fincar tablet will reduce this.

It's been 3 months I started gyming and I feel like peeing whenever I do any leg workout. The heavier the exercises, the more pressure I feel and it sometimes becomes intolerable. I tried finding info and internet says that it is stress continence. It is something I need to be worried about? What are the reasons for this? Which specialist should I see for this?

Hi..My husband had a stent procedure done for removal of kidney stone. Half anesthesia was give to him on spinal cord. After discharge he got neck pain and we got to know that its side effect of anesthesia. How many days it will take to recover from this side effect? And what is required to be done?
