Kidney Problems

Age 22, male I consulted urologist in my penile Doppler test , it shows I have small hyperechoic foci measuring upto (  1 mm )  seen in central intercavernosal region in tumica. And I have upwards curve. And doctor said for surgery after 2 months? Should I go for surgery or it can be treated with medicine or something other?

My brother undergone RIRS surgery. In discharge summary i find the following in bulbar urethra Badly unhealthy mucosa with passable stricture using 20f cystoscope. Is this stricture will further develop or it will heal?

Last five months iam having pain in the right side of the kidney consitently. I don't know the reason. But if I don't drink enough water it always stays even for a day . Then it went subsides . Do you think it is because of not drinking enough water

I am not been able to understand for last 2 months have to pee at night time which never happened before...and post that so not get sleep again ...I stop drinking past 6pm even than for some reason gets urge to pee..is it UTI issue?
